You are visiting the virtual Museum of Homemovie-Equipment, the so-called Schmalfilm-Apparate-Museum, its real museum is located in Germany, Köthen, Saxony Anhalt. We collect homemovie equipment and present it we have on stock. Here you will find also a list of objects the museum is looking for to complete the project, called ' sappam '.
The museum is directed by private initiative and its catalog counts actually with more then 1950 items concerning equipement for homemovie, but also al those thinks for amateur purposes. Goal of this collection is, to maintain an unforgettable technology a live. In sum, movie cameras, projectors, prints, and of course accessories.

Our effort is directed to give private people an occasion for donate there cameras or any other object or item coming out during the homemovie era, to beware them accurately and present them in occasion of some exhibition to specialists and hobbyists.

Since 03/01/2009 this sites are instaled for public information, presenting more then 2000 different items we have in our collection. Mainly cameras in super 8 and movie cameras single 8 format have been described, part in detail and others still prepared for marking, signing and added to the sappam catalog
